Greg Fisher is a thirty year veteran of the retail real estate wars. During his early career Greg was in charge of the real estate departments of several restaurant and retail chains until 1998 when he left corporate life to start what is now known as Present Value Properties, Inc. (PVP). As founder and driving force behind PVP, Greg has been instrumental in helping the company’s retail clients achieve their goals of profitable expansion while minimizing the risks associated with opening new outlets. Greg also represents shopping center owners who are striving to maximize the value of their assets by improving tenant quality and increasing cash flow. Greg’s experience as a shopping center developer and owner has contributed to his ability to combine the tenant’s perspective with shopping center leasing and ownership.
